Rae: I got Khao Soi for lunch and had to take a photo of this shop because there is something so beautifully, quintessentially Thai about it. Maybe it is the shop owner, who is gracious and traditional, or her photo of the King's family or the photos of the time the princess came to Pai and she met her. (Pai, Thailand)

Leaf: This is an Australian Native Hybiscus flower. Just another small 'Mundi Farm' delight that I happened upon. (Yarramundi, Australia)

Rae: We eat so many mandarin oranges at this time of year that I'm surprised we don't turn into oranges. (Pai, Thailand)

Leaf: The painted wall of a hairdressing salon, I like the way the artist used the space. (Newtown, Australia)

Rae: Fancy decorations at one of my two favorite som tum shops. (She moved locations, I followed her gladly.) (Pai, Thailand)

Leaf: Every now and then a beautiful little parcel full of love (like this one) arrives in the mail to welcome the Sweet Baby Girl. (Yarramundi, Australia)

Rae: It's such a lovely thing to have Naomi baking a cake in my kitchen. (Pai, Thailand)

Leaf: These are two very wise friends of ours. They came over and brought a whole table full of amazing exotic salads, and David brought the clay bird as an extra special guest for the afternoon. (Yarramundi, Australia)
