Leaf: This is my friend (and neighbour) Julie and her sweet granddaughter who we now call 'Big Ruby'. (Yarramundi, Australia)

Rae: As you know, Isaac was in the hospital this week. I was so glad for the gentle care of the nurses in Thailand. When we left, his IV's out and his regular clothes back on, they all took turns taking pictures with him, and he ate the attention right up. (Chiang Mai, Thailand)

Rae: Every so often, I walk into my kitchen and find something like this. A little boat, made of twigs and a leaf, floating in a boat. A fairy must have left it behind. (Pai, Thailand)
